The primary responsibility of this position is to perform assigned fine sampling and in-process activities, according to Wartburg SOP and industry standards.
To successfully work alongside production management, customer service and onsite customer representatives to produce quality results.
Your Role &
Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive working relationship with key customer contacts to understand origin of material Liaise and assist Customers by providing information and know-how needed to accurately complete material profile questionnaires and Safety Data Sheets Provide in-depth technical knowledge and application support to the applicable Wartburg departments by:
Evaluating incoming material Verifying correctness of labels on incoming material Classifying incoming material for storage Classify incoming material for processing Determine processing recipes Spot check / educate on PPE VS Material Labeling on shopfloor Ensure EHS labeling requirements VS inhouse PPE matches Classify outgoing material for shipment SAP EHS Data
production data entry/checks Liaise and assist the Sales department by evaluating feasibility of potential new material streams Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting and technical support.
Assemble and lead project teams.
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned based on business needs.
